Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within one (1) week of the order. Any orders placed during weekends or holidays are processed the work day immediately following the time off.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
All shipments are sent by USPS.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may add additional delivery time
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
All orders will be supplied with order tracking as soon as the carrier provides Best Life Outfitters with this information.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Best Life Outfitters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Best Life Outfitters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
